Finalize your booking by paying in full or just a small deposit. Your spot is secured! Then, simply choose your favorite gown from our catalog and we’ll handle the rest.
Step 3:
The day before the photoshoot, we will confirm all details regarding the meeting point, attire, and transportation.
Step 4:
On the day of shooting: If you have ordered makeup and hair, the master will visit your hotel a few hours before the start of the photo session to create a beautiful image for you.
Step 5:
You meet with the photographer at a designated place and shoot. After the shooting ends, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.
⏰ What is the best time to book the photoshoot?
We recommend you book your photoshoot in advance. If you don’t need to have your photoshoot on a concrete day, we can book a period for you. A few days before your trip, we confirm the exact day and time within the period you have booked.

🛳️ Can I book a photoshoot while on the cruise ship? I'm concerned about not having enough time.
Absolutely, you have plenty of time to enjoy this experience with us. Our team has extensive experience working with tourists from cruise ships and those on a tight schedule. We will manage the timing and logistics to ensure your session is as relaxed as possible. 💄 I want to order makeup and a hairstyle.
If our stylist is available for your time, 2-2,5 hours before the photoshoot she will come to your hotel, do your make-up and get your hair done. If you have any requests, you can send us several examples.

👗 What about dresses? Do we need to buy them?
Our photoshoot already includes the rent of one dress for one person. You can add an extra dress for yourself or your partner. All dresses are washed with disinfectants (hypoallergenic) and steamed (temperature over 100C) after every client. We take care of our customers!

👗 Can I rent a dress without a photoshoot?
No, you can rent a flying dress only if our team does a photoshoot.
🕙 When and where do you typically have your photoshoots?
We typically conduct our photoshoots in the villages of Oia and Imerovigli. These locations offer stunning views of the breathtaking caldera, the volcanic islands, and the expansive Aegean Sea. Both villages feature beautiful churches with blue domes.
🔺 Location 1: Oia Village
Available only for morning sessions from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. This is the most popular location for morning shoots.
⚠️ Note: We advise against visiting Oia after 2:00 PM, as it becomes very crowded with tourists.
🔺 Location 2: Imerovigli Village
Great for morning and sunset sessions, available from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
⚠️ Note: If you have any health issues, we do not recommend choosing Imerovigli, as it involves navigating steps.

🚕 How do I get to the location?
You can get to the meeting place by ordering a taxi, renting a car, or taking a local bus. We will arrange the transfer from our partners for you. They will pick you up from the hotel and bring you back after the photo shoot.
📍 How many photo spots will we visit?
The picturesque whitewashed walls of charming residences and serene churches, characterized by their distinctive blue domes, provide an exceptional backdrop of texture and color for photography in the villages of Oia and Imerovigli.
During a 30-minute exploration, we will visit 3 photo spots within a single village. Over one hour, this allows for the assessment of 5-6 photo spots, and over two hours, we can explore 9-10 photo spots.
👗 Where can I change my clothes?
We have our own office in Oia, which is conveniently located for changing dresses within walking distance of the locations. We use a portable dressing room to change into our dresses in Imerovigli.
👥 Do you have group rates? We are a group of 10 people. We want to have not only a personal Santorini photoshoot for each of us but also several group photos.
Our assistant will help you manage the long tail of the dress during the photo shoot.

What is the best time to take a picture?
The best times to take pictures are in the morning from 8:30 AM to 1 PM and in the afternoon from 4:30 PM until sunset, with the exact time varying by month.
In the morning, from 8:30 AM to noon, conditions are ideal because there are fewer tourists on the streets, and the weather is comfortable.
In the late afternoon, starting around 4 PM until sunset, is also a great time to shoot due to the warm light and cooler temperatures.
What do I need to take for the shoot?
Please bring the following items: dry napkins, lipstick, powder, sunglasses, and a bottle of water. A convenient bag or backpack is also essential for storing your belongings. If you prefer not to carry a heavy bag during the session, choose a lighter option.
Make sure the color of your underwear matches either the color of your dress or your skin tone. Wear shoes that you can easily slip on and off, such as sandals or flip-flops, to make it easier to move between locations. You can also bring high heels for a few photos; just keep in mind that we’ll only be using them on flat surfaces.
I would like to take some couple shots with my partner, as well as some solo shots. Is that okay?
Yes, you can invite your husband / boyfriend / partner for photos together without extra charge.
Can I order one dress for two girls and book a one-hour Santorini photoshoot?
Sharing a dress is not possible. If you want to invite your friend, you can book the TWINS package, which includes an extra dress for the second person. Check all our packages here https://miamidressphoto.com/packages
Where can I try on dresses and select the style I like?
We will bring two dresses to the meeting point for you to choose from.
Will I receive a refund if my trip is canceled or if I change my mind?
If your trip is canceled due to official restrictions, we will reschedule it for a later date. Please note that we do not refund the booking deposit if you decide to change your mind, but we can keep it for you to use next year.
Will we get some shots of the churches and with the famous blue domes?
We can include shots of the churches with the famous blue domes in the background during your photoshoot if you're interested. Please notify our photographer in advance of the shoot.
Do you have a recommended transportation service?
We have partnered with a reputable transfer company to provide you with convenient and comfortable transportation to our photoshoot location. The driver will pick you up from any location, including the cable car, hotel, villa, airport, or port, and take you to the designated spot. Our team has extensive experience working with tourists on cruise ships and will manage the timing and logistics to ensure your session is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.
Should we pay the remaining amount via PayPal or in cash upon arrival?
The remaining payment can be made after the shoot via PayPal, credit card, or cash.
The dress size is listed as S-XL. Does this mean the dress is adjustable?
All of our dresses are adjustable and fit multiple sizes. You can find both European and American size options for each dress.
If the weather is bad (such as rain or other adverse conditions), is the deposit refundable?
Santorini typically enjoys beautiful weather. If the forecast changes and it rains, we can reschedule our shoot to another time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund your money.
When and how will we receive our photos?
You will receive all photo previews (low-resolution images without any edits) 5 days after the shoot. A link to your online gallery, which will contain your images, will be provided, allowing you to easily download them. This link will remain active for 1 year after the photoshoot.
Please select your favorite photos for post-production, and we will process your selection automatically. We will begin editing your chosen images as soon as we receive your selections.
You can expect to receive the final edited photos within 21 days of submitting your selections. The completion time may be shorter during peak seasons. If you would like to receive your edited photos within 24-48 hours, you can request expedited service for an additional fee.
What do 'post-production' and 'retouch' mean?
We prepare our photos with the same care a chef puts into cooking their dishes. After your session, the unedited previews you receive may not appear as bright and vibrant as the images in our portfolio, as we take the time to edit them for optimal results.
